I've used the strips just once and would like to share my first impression. The contents consist of small sealed sachets, each containing one long strip for the upper teeth and one shorter strip for the lower teeth.
Applying both strips is easy and they hold very firmly to the teeth.
After about 30 minutes the active ingredient starts to spread in the mouth. This tastes bitter and takes some getting used to. Ten minutes later I removed them. I think you get used to the bitter taste and I'm curious about the next applications.

I got the strips to try because the reviews convinced me. What I read here is accurate. These things genuinely whiten your teeth from the very first or second use. But of course it's not a permanent solution (only professional treatment at the dentist helps with that; costs around £600). I'm very satisfied. The 28 strip packets each contain one strip for the upper and one for the lower teeth. The strips are placed on the teeth of the respective row (within the visible area) and pressed on lightly. To make sure the strips sit firmly on the teeth, you should dry your teeth with a tissue before each application. I then usually leave the strips on for 20–30 minutes. After the application I rinse off the remaining gel and additionally use a soft toothbrush to make sure all the gel is removed. After the first application the teeth are already visibly lighter, and with regular use they stay permanently lighter. Recommended, as the price and performance match up.

The packaging of the Onuge Bright White Strips looks at first glance like a standard chewing gum packet. The teeth whitening set contains 28 bleaching strips and application instructions. Unfortunately I couldn't find any indication anywhere of which strip goes where. I therefore decided to apply the longer strip to the top and the shorter one to the bottom.
Applying the strips themselves is easy and folding them over also went well. Even now after 5 days I can only leave the strips on for a maximum of 40 minutes, as even without speaking or doing anything else, the mint flavour becomes unbearable over time. The tooth whitening was slightly patchy at first as stated, but thankfully that sorted itself out. Particularly lovely was the feeling of extra smooth teeth right after the first application. I can only recommend this bleaching product without peroxide, but you shouldn't push the time too much. For sensitive teeth or a tendency towards nausea you'll need to find your own ideal time – as is also recommended.
Conclusion: I have a few more application days ahead of me. But I'm already satisfied with the smoother teeth. If a clearly visible whitening also sets in now in terms of colour,

The strips were delivered faster than expected. The set is very easy to use as the description is straightforward to understand. You should make sure your teeth are dry before use, otherwise the strips won't hold particularly well. The taste is a bit 'dental surgery-ish'. The colour chart included showed me that results came very quickly: the teeth were genuinely much whiter straight away. However, it doesn't seem to be a real whitening, as the effect disappears just as quickly. I won't speculate on why that is, as I don't understand the chemistry of this product.
So if you're happy with a temporary whitening for an evening, this is exactly the right product for you. However, I've decided I'd rather test some other products for comparison. Only three out of five stars, as I had expected a lasting whitening.
