When placing your order, you can choose between the two available shipping methods for United Kingdom & Ireland: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
You can choose between free Standard Shipping (delivery time 2-5 business days) and Express Shipping (delivery time 1-2 business days). Express shipping costs £4,95.
Our delivery times may vary. Once we receive your order, it takes a maximum of 24 hours for your package to leave our mail order house. Once a day, we send all open orders by DHL.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling or customs clearance fees charged by the shipping carrier or the relevant customs authorities may apply.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import regulations and any customs duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country before placing an order.
If the customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment within the carrier's collection period, or refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees, and this results in costs for us (such as return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or carrier handling fees), we reserve the right to deduct these actual costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
