I'd seen this product on Instagram quite a few times and decided to test it too. The handling is genuinely very easy. Gel on the tray, in the mouth and the lamp on. Take it out after 10 minutes and rinse. The 10 minutes go very quickly, although I did produce quite a lot of saliva. After several applications I had teeth four shades lighter (easy to measure with the shade guide). Especially the already lighter parts of my teeth look brighter after the application.

I was always a bit sceptical about these kinds of sets but I decided to give it a go and wasn't disappointed. I opened the package as soon as it arrived and have to say it looks very premium. The small UV lamp produces a great light and the trays are well made too. You do need to shape the trays to fit your own teeth, but it works very well. The instructions for this are only in English but even I with my limited English knowledge understood everything. Most importantly, after just a few days the teeth are noticeably whiter, and I still have plenty of gel left. I should mention that during those 5 days of use I didn't drink coffee or tea, which is said to help with the results. I also use high-fluoride gels after each application so my enamel doesn't suffer. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use it again soon.

I've been trying the set for three days now. One syringe of gel lasts for 3 applications. The taste of the gel is nice (strawberry) and not off-putting at all. As I already have fairly white teeth I think it'll take a while to see results, but I haven't got any stains after whitening which I have had with other whitening products before. Brilliant set! The gel and the lamp with mouthpiece come in a lovely box with instructions and a tooth shade guide. You can record your progress on the shade guide. Simply attach the mouthpiece to the lamp, apply the gel to the mouthpiece, pop it in your mouth and your teeth get whiter with each use. You do need a bit of patience though.

A great product for little money! Bleaching at the dentist is very expensive. I'd often seen people on Instagram and so on testing whitening kits. I was very keen to try one myself. I'll be honest, I'm generally sceptical about these kinds of products. Too many times friends and acquaintances around me have bought expensive products and rarely seen any effect. We've also been using various (sometimes expensive toothpaste) products for a while now with more or less good results. That's why we decided to try a different form of whitening, specifically the kit. Applying the mouthpiece is very quick and easy and doesn't feel unpleasant in your mouth either. After some time it can also be removed very easily. What can we say? After several applications there are already noticeable differences in the shade of whiteness, and the teeth feel very good too. The instructions were easy to understand. Fitting the rubber mouthpiece is fairly straightforward and it sits well in your mouth. Straight after the first attempt I could detect a certain degree of whitening, but as there are only 3 syringes in the pack, the kit was used up quite quickly. I'm very convinced that my teeth will get even whiter in future if I keep using the kit.

At first I was a little sceptical – you see and hear a lot in adverts, but whether it actually works I just wanted to find out for myself. I drink a lot of tea, which gradually discolours your teeth a little, and I have to say that after six out of ten applications already, there's a noticeable difference. You do look a bit silly with the kit in your mouth, but just choose an evening after brushing your teeth when you don't need to leave the house and aren't expecting visitors. The application is easy to handle, the instructions are clear and it feels fine in your mouth too. There's no burning sensation or any other unpleasant feelings. I'm thrilled and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to whiten their teeth a bit at a good price-to-performance ratio! Only the dentist is better, but that always costs around £400.
