The white strips arrived very quickly and are basically the same as the more expensive drugstore versions. There are 2 black strips (activated charcoal) in the contents, so 1 strip per row of teeth. Sticking them on was pretty easy, only when you pull them off do a few black spots stick. For me, at least, it's not enough to just rinse them out as the package says. It's best to brush your teeth afterwards, then everything goes away easily. After the first application, I saw a slight whitening, but nothing earth-shattering. I had to use it more often for better results. Nevertheless, it's a good product and it smells and tastes slightly of mint.
