      Phase 1 Cleanse your face: Wash your nose with warm water to help open up the pores.

      Phase 2 Apply the strip: Remove the protective film and place the strip, smooth side down, onto the damp nose.

      Phase 3 Let it dry: Leave the strip on for 10–15 minutes until it is completely dry and feels stiff.

      Phase 4 Peel off: Slowly and carefully peel the strip off, starting from the edges and pulling towards the centre.

      Phase 5 Aftercare: Rinse off any residue with water and apply a moisturiser to soothe the skin.
